贝蒂·罗斯·费瑟, Master Lecturer & 导演
贝蒂·罗斯·费瑟 has over 21 years of experience in managing language resource centers to incoporate technology into the world language classroom, 还有教学. She is the past President of the Mid-Atlantic Association for Language 学习 技术 and was elected to serve as IALLT's (国际 Association for Language 学习 技术) and CALICO's (Computer Assisted Language Instruction Consortium) Official Delegate to the Joint National Committee for Languages (JNCL) in Washington, D.C. to identify national needs and to plan national language policies. For the past twenty years, Ms. Facer has collaborated with ODU 教师 and students to develop a variety of pedagogical innovations for language teaching and learning. Her research interests focus on technology in second language acquisition, computer-mediated communication, 在线学习, and mobile-assisted language learning. She has presented papers at IALLT, ACTFL, CALICO and MFLA and her publications appear in ReCALL, IALLT, 电脑 & Education, and the 国际 Journal of Distance Education Technologies.
